All orders are fulfilled in the USA through verified U.S.-based fulfillment centers.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when it ships.
Processing times may vary during holidays or promotional events.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only.
Delivery times vary by location but generally arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or weather disruptions.
3. Shipping Rates
Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary by product weight and destination.
Promotional free shipping may apply to certain orders or bundles when offered on the website.
4. Fulfillment Locations
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from facilities within the United States to ensure quality, compliance, and quick delivery.
We do not currently ship internationally.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
To modify or cancel an order, please contact hello@hungrecover.com within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, we may not be able to make changes.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact hello@hungrecover.com with your order number and tracking details.
We will investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
