At Hung Recover LLC, your satisfaction matters. Because our supplements are consumable, we follow a simple and strict refund policy that aligns with our distributor.

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if your order arrived damaged, if you received the wrong item or if something is missing, or if your shipment was lost and confirmed by the carrier. Please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

We are not able to offer refunds or returns for opened or used products, changes of mind, incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout, or delays and issues caused by the carrier that are outside our control.

To request a refund, email hello@hungrecover.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. Once approved, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and store credit may be provided if a replacement is not available.

Exchanges are only available for products that arrive damaged or defective.
